Xinchen Wang completed her PhD at Griffith Univerisity. She is a post-doctor in Coastal Hydrodynamics and Ecological Geomorphology Team at Hohai University since April 2021. Her research focuses on estuarine and coastal geomorphology, biophysical interactions in salt marsh ecosystems, and the impacts of global change on landscape dynamics and ecosystem functioning. The current project involves a combination of remote sensing, field data, and numerical modeling to simulate and predict the coastal system’s vegetation and geomorphology evolution process.
