Rifki is a certified and experienced program manager who coordinated some projects in the development field. He has been working with community and its multi-level governance systems for years, mostly in Indonesian remote coastal area, including small islands.

He holds an advanced degree both on social and environmental fields from two different universities in Europe and is currently working on his doctoral research about marine stewardship in rights-based fishery management context at the ZMT in Bremen.
