Emmanuel Menegbo, a Nigerian national, is a Professional Registered Land Surveyor in Nigeria. He is also a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP), registered with Certification No. 91567 from the GIS Certification Institute located in IL 60016, USA. Presently, he holds the position of Lecturer at the Department of Surveying and Geo-Informatics at Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Emmanuel Menegbo obtained his Bachelor of Technology degree in Land Surveying from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology (now known as Rivers State University) in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He further pursued his academic qualifications by completing an MSc in Geographic Information Science & Systems (UNIGIS) from the Interfaculty Department of Geo-Informatics (ZGIS) at the University of Salzburg in Austria. Additionally, he holds an MSc in Surveying and Geoinformatics with a specialization in Geographic Information Systems and Applications from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria. Currently, Emmanuel Menegbo is a PhD student (ABD) in Surveying and Geoinformatics, specializing in Remote Sensing & GIS at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria.
